Nursery emailed to say they have measles going round. Last week DD had 24hrs of a slight temp and slept all day straight on weds. Been fine since then. Picked her up just now and one cheeky is hot pink with little bumps. Pic attached. Please let me know if this could be measles? Looks totally different to photos online. I just don't want to send her in if she's meant to be off. Thank you
