The last few days my son has been complaining of tummy ace , he's not constipated

He's refused to eat breakfast the last few morning, but has eaten lunch and dinner and snacks etc,

He seems OK in himself but is a little pale

I'm an person to worry, should I be concerned ? He has had a few different bugs over the last few weeks with temperatures, but does not have a temperature nor has he the last few days

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I wouldn’t worry if his bowels and bladder are normal, and he is eating two meals a day plus snacks. I’m assuming that he’s playing as normal?
See how he goes over the weekend.
Do you have him on any vitamins?

Thank you for the replies

He seems to be fine so far today. after complaining this morning, he's been playing as normal .

I don't think he is anxious about anything he loves school and has not had any changes in anything

He is on multi vitamins and probiotics, ( been using this since last year when he kept getting really poorly at Nursery, and they have made such a difference)

I will keep an eye the next few days, probably just being an over thinking and paranoid !!
