Please help! Toddler fever no other symptoms

Hi all
looking for some reassurance / experiences
my little girl is 22 months, she’s been in nursery for around 7 months now. Started last summer, and since then she’s had a virus / infection of some sorts at least once a month, sometimes more.

She was sent home from nursery last week with a temp but was completely fine once home and temp settled.

This week she’s had an on/off temp which comes down with calpol but seems completely fine in herself. Saw the GP today and they checked her over and couldn’t find a cause (she’s prone to ear infections but they said they look ok) she’s eating and drinking ok, maybe slightly irritable but that’s all.

Should I be concerned?

No, I wouldn’t be. We’re heading towards summer, so hopefully you will get a break from it soon.

Did the GP test a urine sample?

Has chickenpox been going around? I remember my dd having a temp, but didn’t come out in spots until the week after

It could be any number of things really

Are there any teeth coming through? Mine sometimes got a temp when teeth came through. If ok in herself, that's always a good sign
