Chicken pox with no spots? How long does fever last with chicken pox

Hi does anyone know how long a fever can last with chicken pox. There isn't much info on this online. My 2 year old daughter has obvious chicken pox spots all over her and matches all the symptoms, spots formed, blistered then formed scabs no redness and nothing seems out the ordinary in terms of infection but we're on day 6 and fever is still not coming down. Managing with calpol but once it wears off temp is straight back up 38-39. At which point does it become concerning?

My 4 year old daughter also has a high temp at the same time but hasn't broken out with a single spot at all yet. Has this happened to anyone before? It has to be chicken pox with her too right? It seems logical knowing we've not been anywhere else for her to catch something completely different, they're always together and fever was at the same time only difference is 2 year old has the spots all over body and 4 year old has nothing!

Any advice is appreciated

Thank you

Is it possible there is another infection together with the chicken pox, like a cold or flu or something?

Hi, did you manage to find out about the fever? How of your daughter? My DD is on day 6 of chicken pox and her temp keeps going up to 38 throughout the day (for 4 days straight now) it’s really starting to worry me!
