White discharge in 3.5 month olds Labia ?

is it thrush ? She is a bit whiffy at times . Is this normal for a wee baby girl or do I need to ring gp ? Don’t wanna ring gp incase it’s normal !

Just ring your health visitor or GP. No need to have other people relaying their experiences.
