Hi everyone just after a bit of advice please, will ring my health visitor In the morning but just want to know if this is something to be imminently concerned about.
My 7.5 week old is formula fed and loves his bottle. He feeds really well and has been gaining weight perfectly. 2 weeks ago we switched him to aptamil anti reflux based on HV recommendations and he has become a bit constipated with more solid poops but the GP + HV both said normal due to the change of formula. However this evening he has done a very Pale stool compared to his usual mustard colour. He is still going to the toilet at least twice a day (bowel movement) and they’ve all been a healthy yellow colour Barr this one. He is producing lots of wet nappies and he is well just a little grumpy with the constipation but he’s still eating and sleeping as he normally would. No temperature or vomiting or anything like that.
