Teen Acne treatments????

Can anyone give advice on good treatments for teen acne. My 16yr old has severe acne on face, shoulders and upper back. Any experience of topical creams or prescription drugs? Please advise.

try washing with a pure olive oil soap or a 5% laurel oil aleppo soap
