Hi all

MIL let her dog repeatedly lick my baby, after I said to stop it

Now he has a rash , is this ringworm or a general rash?

It's not ringworm and a dog licking anything couldn't pass ringworm on. Ringworm in a fungal infection and wouldn't survive in a dog's mouth (and would also take a while to show up!).

It just looks like a bit of irritation from having damp skin, like they get from teething.

You're welcome!

It's a bit gross but honestly kids and dogs have been rubbing along of hundreds of years now and both have survived! Some muck is good for kids, it isn't healthy to be too clean because everyone's immune system needs a bit of a challenge to keep running properly!

@QuestionableMouse haha you're so right thank you! I just know she doesn't worm her dogs properly or flea them which is why I panicked I think x
