Just noticed in last few days, his left ear is slightly smaller then right ear. Probably we as a parents could notice it. Also, cannot find much online since seems like ears are normal, he hears well, but just they are not the same size.

any similar case?

My daughter has one attached ear and one detached ear. People would tell me to get the other ear attached so she doesn't notice or may get bullied.
She is 6 years old now and hasn't noticed a thing nor has anyone else she has encountered.

I’m almost a pensioner and my ears are different sizes and shapes! No one has ever commented or noticed even when my hair is tied back off my face! I’m sure he’ll go through life with it not being an issue at all x

My ears are different, one is a little bit pointy and the other isn't. No one has ever mentioned it and I didn't notice myself until I was a teenager!

My DS ears are quite drastically different, wondered if it was from forceps delivery. Has no impact on him at all aged 10.
