What is this on my child’s gum?

Hi all,
just looking for a bit of advice. Can anyone tell me what the is on my DD gum?(pic included). she says it’s only sore if she touched it, no facial swelling or anything. Doesn’t seem to be in much discomfort with it unless she touched it with her finger. It on the top right gum above the tooth.

I meant to add she is 5

I'm not a dentist just a mum of 2 who needed loads of orthodontic treatment, it looks like the shape of a tooth. A trip to the dentist for an X-ray might be needed.

Thanks for replying. I did think the shape of a tooth but automatically panicked thinking ‘abscess’- however no severe pain and no swelling and she slept all night which made me doubt that over dramatic thought. Will phone the dentist anyway just to get checked over!
