DD has been unwell since Thursday last week, coughing, wheezy, high temperature, off her milk, just generally not her happy little self.
Took her to the doctors on Monday who said that other than a slight wheeze in her chest all other obs were fine, he said that he thinks she's had bronchiolitis, given the temp/unwellness peaked around day 3, and that it's viral so just to continue doing what we're doing.
We're now on day 7 and her temp has been up and down all week, sometimes fine for hours then shooting back up, nurofen brings it down to normal but only for a couple of hours before it's back up again. She's been fine all day today then it just started rising again around half an hour ago.
Is this normal for bronchiolitis or could it be something else? I will call the gp if she's still the same in the morning but I just wondered if anyone else had experience similar?
