Worried about night sweats in my 19 months old son

Im here to get some advice from you mammas as my ds has been having night sweats for 4 months now. He usually runs very hot but no fever ( only when he is having an infection which these past months have occurred a lot)
His head is where his major part of sweat comes from!
He seems ok with that and not complaining or waking him from sleep.
He does get easily bruising but he temps to fall pretty much so I guess its occurring from that ( hope so)
Im pretty anxious so some I need some comments on this plzzz

Op, you need to see your GP immediately and get your DC checked (unless already done so). There are a couple red flags there that need investigating (night sweats and bruising easily). The thing is, he’s only 19 months old so he can’t verbalise if he doesn’t feel well / what his symptoms are. Go to your GP and see what they say.

@Mummabebaa what happened with your son? I've noticed that my son also sweats a lot at night especially at the head and has had lots of illnesses recently so naturally I am worried that something more sinister is going on like cancer.
