5 month old waking from sleep screaming and limp

Hey, just looking to see if anyone has ever had experiences with the above with a 5 month old? My DS did it tonight and it scared us to the point where we called 111 and they advised us to go to A&E. we're there now and waiting to be seen (5+ hour wait). I had a look online and it mentioned night terrors but that it was really rare in infants under the age of 18 months? Suppose I'm just looking for some reassurance while we wait!

My first thought was night terrors and my second thought is that your LO is young for that.
