Spider Veins/Broken Capillaries on my baby’s cheek

FTM looking for some advice. My little boy is 3 months old and since birth he has had these veins on the side of one of his cheeks. He has sallow skin and in some lights look a darker blue tone.

I’ve been trying to find information online if these will fade in time or if there is anything I can do to help the appearance of these but I can’t seem to find much. I was wondering if anyone’s little one has had these and their experiences with them.

Hey sorry this is late but no I never found an answer. He still has them and sometimes less noticeable than others depending on if he’s hot or cold l but as his skin is thicker they are less noticeable x
