Toddler trapped wind at night

Hi,

my 22m old has always suffered with wind, it started to improve however she is suffering again at night. Any tips for this? She doesn't have bananas because of this and only drinks water. Thanks

It's probably frowned upon now for whatever reason but I used to add a bit of peppermint cordial to my toddler's water, and it used to bring the wind up a treat.

My mum also had a digestive complaint and her GP recommended it, it worked for her too.

@WhateverMate can I ask which one, or where you got it from?
I've been desperate to find something to help my 4 year old who's always had difficulty burping.
(Also currently up now with 1 year old having the same issue, but I'll try and sort the older one first)

@HideTheRockyBars sorry this was many years ago, but I don't think the brand mattered. Just any peppermint cordial you can find.
