Strange abscess on kids legs (with pics)?

Hi. My 3yo woke up with these sort of wound(abscess?) on her legs, one of them broke and has a bit of puss. She says it’s not itchy but to me it looks painful. Any idea what this could be? Thanks

Molluscum contagiosum maybe? Or just insect bites they've scratched in their sleep?

Do you have animals? A flea maybe?

Horsefly bite?

I just googled that and the pics look similar

Thank you all. Off to look these up. But no we don’t have any pets or animals. She goes to nursery so maybe she got it from another kid.

I was going to apply germolene but wasn’t sure I could as the skin is broken.

I use both Germolene and Savlon on broken skin. Germoline if it's gunky to help draw it out, Savlon to heal if it's clean. Keep an eye on the surrounding redness but I think keeping it clean and germoline should work great on those.
