Green poo in 5 months old baby (warning picture attached)

My DS is 5 months old. For the last three days his stool has changed. He poops 7-8 times and it is green. He is otherwise well, and doesn’t show any signs of illness. He’s breastfed exclusively. My diet hasn’t changed. He does not have any other symptoms. Any ideas what can this be ?

Breastfed babies can get the occasional green poo and it's ok.

My youngest had a few days of green poo that looked like your pic. He was only 7 weeks old at the time. He ended up having a urine infection with a short hospital stay.

Maybe if it continues would be worth getting a GP appointment.
