Baby skin is blue around mouth when crying

Is it normal that baby skin around mouth below lips gets blue when baby is crying a lot? Lip color is normal, only skin color around mouth is changed to blue.

think that's normal if they have wind (but it was a long time ago for me.....)

yes it is normal when they have wind, as long as lips are not blue, just the skin around is fine. My baby has it when he’s windy

wind phase is crazy, he is crying for hours and he cannot sleep more then 1 hour without interuption :(
