First of all, yes I have extreme guilt for taking a stupid gut supplement when I didn't have to. Second of all, mostly writing this so it's in the archives and anyone looking can find it.

When baby was 3 months old I took L glutamine for a few days. During this week, she stopped falling asleep by herself, would have to be rocked for hours, stopped sleeping more than 1 hour at night and her poo changed from normal to green, watery and smelling heavily of vinegar.
I stopped the l glutamine, it got better again, took one dose two days later and it was bad again so concluded its that.
I went to the GP who told me to wait and it might get better by itself. Went again 3/4 weeks later and they told me it's probably because I'm slightly not feeding her enough ??? (She weighs the perfect amount) baby is now 4 months old

Does anyone have previous experiences with green vinegar baby poo? We only have one children's GP around here, I have no idea what other options are left for me, I am worried sick about my baby
