Toddler off balance in mornings

For a about 1.5 weeks my nearly 3 year old has woken up totally off balance and very wobbly. It goes pretty quickly, probably after 10 minutes he's walking normally. The first day it started he vomited too and it lasted for most of the day so it has gotten better. GP had no idea so sent us to a&e, they didn't know what was going on either and have have made us another appointment in a few weeks. It's really strange. I think he has hayever as he's snotty a lot so not sure if that has something to do with it. Trying not to think of the worse.

Anyone experienced this with their child?

No idea, I'm afraid but well done for going to the GP. It could be that, if he's really snotty, it is effecting his ears and, in turn, his balance. I would try and film it if you can so you can show the doctor when you go back.

My eldest and youngest are both like this. I just assumed it was a quirk of their personality...

It's just strange that it came on all of a sudden. He's like a little drunk man.
