Is this baby acne on DS body?

Baby is three and a bit weeks - he's had acne on his face since birth but today a few of these spots appeared on his chest.

Am panicking even though the glass test is fine, no temperature and feeding fine. Wet and dirty nappies too.

DD had baby acne that went into her face, neck, ears and chest. It looked the same as that pic. It took nearly 2 months to disappear.
