I think DD12 is suffering from hay fever; never had it before. She started secondary school last year and her school and there are lots of trees so wondering if this is causing it but she said it is worse at home.
She has runny mose, sneezing for a few weeks and now has a sore throat. Is it pollen/hay fever season? How long does this last?
What are the best and safest medice? I am concerned about nasal sprays as read a thread about some of them make people addicted? Blowing her nose is causing her nose bleed, I feel for her.
I never suffered from this and grew up in the tropics, is this something that only happens in countries with seasons? Maybe we just called it an allergy there.
Are salt caves safe?
