Best swimsuit for a girl

Have a 4 year old, about to start swimming classes.
She has a high street one-piece swimsuit, her hands felt colder than mine for longer I think it's probably because her swimsuit has more absorbency than my speedo one.
I'm thinking of getting shorts and t shirt one as I think would be easier to put on two piece and easier for toilet.
But would more chlorine water get under the top if it's two piece?
Overthinking a little I know, but want to get the right one this time.

Also sorry if this is wrong category, admins welcome to change if so.
On another note, do you think aqua shoes are useful?
I'd think definitely on a rocky beach, not sure about pool?

Have a look on the waterbabies website, they have a shop.

I usually buy longer, wet-suit style costumes for my 5yo DD, keeps her warm and if they're a bit big it doesn't matter as she won't have her private areas inadvertently on show this way. She's slim so it can be hard to find clothes including swimwear that fit her well otherwise. Her current ones are from Next and Sainsbury's.

When my DD was younger and even now (12) she wears Speedo and similar brand
