What is this on roof of DD's mouth...

Only saw as she was laughing, no temp, sore throat etc. There is a tiny one on the other side of her throat which is so tiny it's more like a little red pin prick. Any ideas?!

It’s a petichaie spot (ie
a bruise under skin)
if there were lots of
them (as in a big patch of them) along with huge tonsils with white spots+ high temp would suggest strep throat.
but given it’s only one or 2 it’s likely she’s banged it
sucking a finger and her nail has caught it or similar, or they can get it from coughing?
if she’s fine in herself I wouldn’t worry at all

@wobblymum1 Thank you for your reply. I googled & it came up straight away with a blood disorder so I prefer your theory! I'll check it again tomorrow & see if anything has changed.
