Blood spots on toddler's sheet - should I call GP?

For the last two nights DD (aged 2) has had a couple of £2 coin sized pale blood spots on her sheets in the morning. I can't find any traces of any grazes, nosebleeds, insect bites or similar that might have caused them - from the look of them I strongly suspect that it's from her mouth. She doesn't yet have her back molars but there's no other signs that she's teething (it's hard to look properly though as she's extremely resistant to letting me have a look in her mouth...). She's otherwise completely fit and well, has been waking a little bit in the night but that's not especially unusual. Would you call the GP if it was your child? Our GP isn't easy to access (usually have to spend 45 mins+ on hold to book a call back) so I held off calling this morning as she doesn't seem to be unwell in any other way, but I'd be grateful to hear people's views (or ideas about what might be causing it).

Probably a nose bleed or as you say from her mouth as it's pale. I wouldn't be rushing to the GP if she's otherwise well unless it's a really frequent occurrence.
