5 Week Old spitting up a lot more recently.

Hi all,
just came on here for some advice! I’m a FTM and recently I have noticed the last two days my baby has been spitting up a lot more and has been a lot more fussy when it’s time for him to go to bed. He has no temperature, feeding every 3/4 hours on demand and has plenty of wet and stool nappies.
The only change we have made recently is we have put him up to 5oz because it seemed like he was still hungry after his 4oz bottle but recently had only been drinking 4oz but can sometimes drink 5oz depending on how hungry he is.
Im pulling my hair out because I don’t know what’s happening with him. His bibs have also been more wet recently when he’s feeding and with the spit up we have had to change his bedding even though it had only just been put on! I’m at my wits end!

He could have the start of reflux. Have you noticed if he arches his back. My daughters had it best thing is make sure there is no air trapped in the bottle try and wind half way through each feed and keep him up right for bout half hour after each feed..

I’ve noticed it a couple of times after he’s had his bottle and needed to burp but he also does not bring up his wind either. We had been doing that but having him not burp is difficult too.
