DS is coming up to 6 months and has a really painful looking zit on his upper lip - it's really red and has a little white head on it. He also had a few on the back of his head last week which were similar. Weirdly his sister also woke up yesterday with about 4 red spots on her face, though they didn't seem to have heads and have gone down a bit today.
Is this normal? Seems weird that they both have had spots over the last few days. I wonder if they're insect bites of some kind but don't seem itchy, just seem like nasty pimples. Hygiene wise, DS has a bath every day with Dentinox due to cradle cap. DD has a bath every other day or so, recently reduced from every day.
