My baby (3 weeks old) having bad acne?

For 1 week now my baby is having acne on his cheeks, forehead and scalp. Is this even baby acne or something else? Doctor said its neonatal acne and we just have to wait to go trough this phase.

anyone has any advice , recommendation?

Yes my daughter suffered from baby acne. I was told it was due to breast milk hormones.
The only thing that cleared it was aveeno baby daily care moisturiser. Miraculous stuff!

My DD had baby acne for a month or so. It cleared up without any intervention other than just the usual gentle cleaning routines. I washed her in plain water and used a gentle baby shampoo for her hair.

Don’t worry it’s totally normal - both my babies had it at this stage. It goes soon enough.
