Daughters thigh swollen and red after MMR vaccine

My daughter had her 1 year boosters the other day as well as her first MMR. The thigh she had her MMR vaccine in feels hard and swollen and the whole thigh has gone red. Is this normal??

Yes this is normal, did they give you any info on what to expect in terms of normal side effects no?

Hi yeah the nurse said redness and might get a lump under the needle site but I wasn't expecting the whole thigh to be red and swollen

My child reacted like that, really large and red.

Is the redness spreading? If it’s a large area you should get her seen by a dr as could be cellulitis
