My 11 months baby tongue looks not normal

hello
Gp giving me appointments in 2 days but I need mumsnet experience and thoughts. This is my baby tongue ? He eats 3 solids a day and breastfeed. Can I be thrush or is it normal. He is teething and also has mild little bumps in nappy area ?

I'd say it looks like thrush, my daughter's GP said thrush can go through the body too and out in nappies which can cause mild nappy rashes

My nipples are very sore! I will call Gp tomorrow and ask for urgent appointment
