So my 3 year old (well, 4 next week) had a bit of a stomach but last week and was vomiting, he recovered after a day and has been fine but today I noticed this blotchy rash on all of his abdomen. He’s absolutely fine in himself, he says it’s not itchy or irritating, but it’s got me confused. Does it seem like hives? Or maybe a post viral rash? Thanks!
