For the last 4 days DD10 has had a sore outer ear, so tender to touch the ear or back of the ear. She finds it hard to open her moth and a slightly sore throat.
But no fever or swollen glands.
She is ok on paracetamol but ibuprofen is working better. When either drop of She is very uncomfortable.
We went to the doctor 2 days ago mostly because the lack of fever or swollen glads seems strange to me with such pain. She has a history of ear infections but none since havingtubes in a few years ago.
The doctor said paracetamol and nose spray ). We have used hot and cold compresses as well but it is still there.
Just after other things we can do at home. Or similar experiences.
