Best ear plugs for swimming kids

Hi can anyone please recommend a good ear plug for a 6 year old? I desperately need a pair and none seem to work!

Both my son and I have used them. You have to spend a little time making sure there is a seal each time you use them but they have worked for both of us to keep any water out.

Oh, and he also used a swim cap over as an extra protection.
He has a hole in his eardrum.
