Tiny drops of blood in 3 MO Poop (pics, TMI)

Hey all.

Slight TMI topic here, but Ive noticed tiny drops of blood/bloody mucus maybe in my baby's poop. She's 3 months old but was 6 weeks prem so is 6 weeks corrected age and was growing small in the womb as is. Because she's so small, she hasn't learnt to poop properly yet, so the peadatrician says, so during a nappy change at least once a day, I have to hold her legs up and let the flood gates open (open her cheeks). This can take some straining as she learns to push etc. She is on Nutriprem 2.

The texture recently has been thick but liquid. Like a chicken korma sauce, with bits in it. Then it'll get watery as it goes on.

The pic included shows the amount of blood. There is lots (and lots) of stool and this is only one of two drops I noticed so it isn't consistent. She's had a bit of blood before when she was constipated about 4 weeks ago, but I was told that was probably anal fissures because of the hard stool. These stools aren't hard.

Is it because I have to open up her bum for her causing a little trauma up... There? Is it because she has to strain as she's learning to poop?

P.s. The texture of the pictured poop has changed from exit to then.... It was much more watery but the water has been absorbed. Also, the blood has spread as I folded the wet wipe before unfolding to take a picture.

Did she have the rota virus vaccination within the last few days? Blood in the stool can also be a sign of an allergy. Does her poo seem mucousy?

She had the vaccine on the 9th Feb. Due another one next week.

Not particularly mucous-y, no. She's been bunged up for a little while now with a lingering cold virus, too. So I've expected a bit of mucus.
