Hi, I’m looking for some advice or to see if anyone has experienced something similar.
my 9 month old had a very small lump on her head. Last week went to the doctors and they think it could be a cyst so she has been referred to the paediatricians for a scan.
yesterday she came out with these red patches (the red mark at the centre of the back of her head is a birth mark) these marks have disappeared and reappeared in other areas but only on her head. I am unsure if it is related to the cyst or not (possible infection) no temperature but drinking less and was unsettled last night. Woke up fine today drinking and eating normally but they keep reappearing at different locations on her head and then going again. Some marks have come up after having her head leaning on me.
I have been to the doctors this morning and they are unsure what it is. Don’t suppose anyone else has had something similar with their children?
