Hi. First time posting

im lost for words and have searched the internet up and down after getting no helps from the doctors.

My six years old had a nasty fever 3 weeks ago. It passed after two days. 10 days later he had a temperature again. Very odd, considering he never has temperatures, let alone twice in the span of 2 weeks. He then developed scabby looking rashes on his legs. He would tell me it itched now and then but nothing that he complained off to much. He also developed rashes all over his tummy, which look like dry spots with tiny blood spots inside of them. Almost as if they wanted to take it to the stage as the rashes on his legs but stopped. I made an appointment with the GP, who just looked him over and said it’s an allergic reaction. Prescribed allergic tablets and cortisol lotion.
But then he lost his appetite and had a temperature again yesterday and today! I gave paracetamol all day, which brought it down but he’s been very sluggish and sleepy. Luckily he was feeling much better this evening.

ps. The patches on the tummy look darker because of the lightning but in reality they look like white dry patches. I’ve consulted a few nurses and doctors whom I know and none of them know what it could be.
the last picture was taken tonight

DD2 used to get patches like that, but not as many at one time. She'd have one and it would stay for a couple of months and then she'd get another. I assumed it was eczema and used E45 and occasionally hydrocortisone.

Hmmmm.
has he had bloods done to indicate whether he has a viral or bacterial infection? Recurrent temp would warrant this I think as a next step. He could just be unlucky and picked up 3 viruses in a row (this happened recently to my lo) and it’s not impossible the rashes are a viral rash related to these. However in your shoes I’d want blood work done to rule out anything that would need an antibiotic.
The tummy patches look like allergic hives my daughter gets but the leg ones not so much.
I hope you get some answers soon, not knowing is horrible. Sending you a hug x
