Hi just a concerned dad here, my 15 month old has been poorly for what feels like far too long for 1 stint with 0 rest between. She started with cold symptoms 20 days ago and has progressively got worse as it’s gone along. On top of that she has had conjunctivitis and is suffering with tonsillitis which she’s on antibiotics for as they don’t know if it’s strep or not.
Just super frustrated as the congestion and cough hasn’t gone down even slightly since it’s all started. Ended up at A&E 4 days ago as a temperature rocketed to 40 which we found out about the tonsillitis was mostly likely the cause.
Anyone else having a similar experience where there little one just is constantly sick but with no rest between? Feel like the symptoms should have at least started to ease a little but still very disturbed sleep for the past 3 weeks. Is it worth ringing doctors to get her checked over again?
