DS is 4 months old and I've been careful to use non-bio washing detergent for his clothes as I do with my own anyway. I've recently started using napisan to help me remove poop stains from his clothes. Since yesterday he's been getting red patches on his skin which I've shown to the gp and given that both me and DH have eczema that's what we've assumed it is. However I just wondered if it's the napisan reacting badly with his skin and wondered if anyone else has seen a bad reaction to it before?
