Hiya, as title says really, he seems to be breathing out of his mouth when in deep sleep, would that explain the foaming? He's been snoring quite a bit lately too, in fact that started around the same time as the foaming. Any similar experience?

Hi, my daughter had this when she was a toddler - it was obstructive sleep apnea due to the size of her adenoids and tonsils. Sounds like it may fit with your LO too as you mention snoring x

Thanks for the reply, did your daughter receive any treatment? How is she now?

Hi, yes she had to have her tonsils and adenoids removed. She was poorly all the time though, recurrent ear infections, trouble breathing asleep when ill including retractions and stopping breathing etc. she was fine once removed. She's 9 now and those problems sleep a lifetime ago x
