6 month old shakes when she wakes up

She never did this before. She bumped her soft spot whilst sitting about 2 weeks ago, a day later her soft spot was raised and firm. It is still raised, but it is a lot softer than it was and I can feel the bones surrounding her soft spot now.

But I’ve noticed in the past few days she seems to shake when she wakes up and her eyes go wide, as if she’s shocked. When I touch her head she does the same, not all the time. But sometimes.

Do these sound like seizures or anything to worry about? I would attach a video if I could. Next time she wakes up I’ll try to film it

@ItsCalledAConversation because you need to take them to A&E in order to be referred to the children’s department .. which we were one of the times. But the other times we were ignored

she has a drs appointment this afternoon

One of my kids did this periodically when falling asleep. If you can video it that is really helpful for the Drs. The conclusion in our case was that it was a mild sleep disorder but it took a referral to paediatrics to establish that.
