My 2 year old was sent home from nursery with a high temp (40degrees). He’s now got no temp (last meds were 2 hours ago) but he’s boiling to the touch with v red face. Not overdressed and house isn’t too hot. Confused as normally if he’s this hot to the touch he’d having a raging temp. Generally sleepy/wanting cuddles/not himself but I’m not overly concerned - but anyone had this?
