Lymph nodes in little girls neck

I'm concerned about finding a lump in little ones neck dr says it's raised lymph nodes and she found another 2. She has been unwell with one thing and another throughout December- the dr says to return in 2 weeks to have them examined and potentially have blood tests if they have not gone. Now I have the worry for two weeks what it could be- any body else experienced this ??

I actually went back this morning to get a second opinion from another doctor as I was so anxious, but he said the exact same thing as the other doctor and told me to put it to the back of my mind and forget about it. Easier said than done 😅 but I guess I will have to try!

my daughter was refused a scan after months and months of complaining however she was seen by a paediatrics consult who did loads of bloods and even a lymph node blood test which was all normal! They have her a full body check over which was all normal
However after about 12/15 months they have GONE!
if she is unwell they do pop back up in the same
place but I know for all you parents how scary and worrying it is.
hope this helps anyone who is worried

Also my son who is 16 months old has them
in the exact same place!

I don’t worry about them now but I do regularly check them just incase x

Hi my also having same issue with my 3 yrs old daughter i felt a small lymph under her chin back in april 2024 after when i checked her neck she has multiple enlarged lymph nodes its been 3 months and they all are still same no improvement went to many Padiatric and ENT specialist all are saying nothing to worry. Whrn i first noticed them she had mild cough and cold docter sent for complete blood count and she had elevated TLC gave her antibitics almost for 20 days TLC came to down but not got in normal limit but her last CBC done on 17 may and TLC was slightly elevated after tht didn't get any blood test done and her ultrasound was showing reactive lymph nodes i am really concerning mother always think about her nodes could nt even sleep propley in these last 3 months now taking homopathy medicine but still no improvement. Although she is active girl has no symptoms of any illness.
Does anybody else facing something like tht with ur toddler?

In the nicest possible way, have you considered the possibility that your child is in good physical health, but that you have health anxiety that isn't being addressed at the moment?

@Unseenentity yes its true i am always thinking to get her blood test done bt due to tht health anxiety i couldn't go for i always think tht if there will be something suspicious in blood work then what will i do
She is an IVF girl blessed with her after more thn 8 yrs of our marriage. In one word she is my everything thts why always thinking if she has something serious. 😔 😟
