Hi all. DS is 5 months and a very happy boy, but has been pretty much constantly ill since birth!

He caught COVID at a week old (I got it too, pretty sure I caught it at hospital when I was having him!). He's also had RSV/bronchiolitis twice. Pretty much every month he has a cough or cold. He had a cough 2/3 weeks ago, was just getting over it but has started hacking and coughing again and sounds snotty this morning!

I should say that he has an older sister at nursery. She also gets ill a fair bit but not as much as DS.

Just wondering if this is normal?

Ahhh it’s so tough when this happens! I didn’t experience it from such a young age due to lock down but then once my LO had covid at 7 months we went through around 8 months of hell. Back to back illnesses and I always felt like it was linked to Covid but the Doctors just said it was normal but it was a really tough time mentally.
