4 month old cutting top lateral incisors?

Hi all just after some advice, my 4 month old has two really hard solid white lumps where I think the lateral incisors would be possibly though even the canines, every time I feed her when she’s done with her bottle she chews on either of these two sides all her toys are going to these two areas, fingers are going there we’ve got a dodgy bum rosy cheeks and she’s so ratty as if she gets waves of pain, but I’m just really confused as I didn’t think these teeth were meant to come in for ages, I’ve tried to give the areas a rub incase they’re just calcium spots but they’re definitely not going anywhere and I’m sure it’s not thrush, is this normal? I know every baby is different I’m still not sure if they are teeth my DP is sure they are her teeth but it just seems really early and really odd teeth to be cutting.

It’s the same the other side too this was 3 days ago and now at the front of her gum is looking white too and there’s like two white bits like a tooth shape next to each other either side

@Bert2e wow! I have never ever heard of these thank you so much! As this could actually be it. I mean she could also be teething as I know it can take months for an actual tooth to come through, but this would make sense for the position of them, thanks for this I will keep an eye! Literally my little one is so different to her older sister i feel like a ftm and just clueless lol x
