I feel like the worst mum on earth, Im so worried, please help….
my son is 13 months old, his doctors surgery messed his appt up for his immunisations and they are so booked up they only had today available. Anyway, he’s had diarrhoea for around a week (with occasional vomiting), he’s been absolutely himself happy playing etc, the diarrhoea was fine yesterday he just had some loose stools and no sickness for the past 2 days. I wondered if I should delayed his immunisations today but I was so worried about him not being vaccinated and catching one of these horrible illness, so I didn’t delay it and got them done.
but then this afternoon his diarrhoea and sickness came back, so he hadn’t finished fighting the virus.
I was trying to do the right thing but now I think I’ve done the worst thing, should I call 111 and tell them? Is his body going to handle the injections and the illness?
