Skin to skin when baby has a temperature

Baby has had vaccinations today and has a temperature of 37.8. He's had paracetamol but does skin to skin also help regulate the temperature if he's in a nappy with a light blanket on?

Light blanket over his back whilst on my chest I mean.

It's certainly not going to hurt, and it will soothe and calm you both which is always a bonus.

With a tiny baby, skin to skin is pretty much never a bad move.
