Red eyes, nose bleeds, looks like crap

Hi,

My 3 yo has had a couple of nose bleeds lately, his eyes have red bags underneath.
Not conjunctivitis as he's had that previously so know what that looks like.
He's abit off his food, but otherwise seems fine in himself but does look under the weather.

I do have a GP app but just wondering if anyone else's child has had the same?

Hay-fever? Due to the weather there is a thing called thunder fever going around
