Mystery rash/spots on 10yr old. Any ideas?

I’m a bit flummoxed as no idea what this is. He’s not feeling Poorly thankfully.
just a bit panicked as we are due at a friends party this afternoon and there will be babies and pregnant ladies there and I don’t want to take him if it’s anything contagious. Would appreciate your eyes!

Looks a bit like scarlet fever or even measles. I would not be going anywhere near a pregnant woman with that rash.

but wouldn’t he be feverish lethargic etc with those?

Perhaps the fever has not kicked in yet. At the very least take him to the pharmacy to have it looked at. But no party!

The red mark on the neck - is it a bite or sting?

It could be a reaction to that?

If not I agree measles or scarlet fever (face looks very red) could also be likely.

But I absolutely would be getting it checked out to be sure what your dealing with.
