Smelly and sweaty bum 8 year old

Sorry for the title but just that really! My son is 8 and his bum always smells and his (sorry tmi!!) crack is very wet and sweaty, he showers most days and I make sure he is cleaning down there. Not sure what else to do!

Get him some wet wipes so he can wipe with toilet paper and flush and then a final clean up with a wipe and bin.

Is he drying it properly. Have you tried talc?

Needs to shower every day and if he can’t clean himself properly in the shower he might find it easier to have a bath as it will get in all the cracks!

In addition to his daily shower, where he needs to actively wash his buttocks and crack, get some 'water wipes' (better than baby wipes' & make sure he wipes his crack after school & before bed. It's hot, I'd wager most people are sweaty there. (Or in the morning if he showers at night) just make sure he knows wipes go in the BIN, not the toilet.
