White discharge on vagina toddler

Hi mums, sorry if this is tmi but just hoping someone has had similar - saw a bit of white mucus in my DD (nearly 2) nappy tonight, not linked to poop. Then had a look at her vagina/vulva and it looked red with some white mucosy discharge around it. Will bring her to GP tomorrow but just hoping someone might have experienced something similar as very freaked out!

No, but it just sounds like she has a bit of an infection. No need to freak out, the docs will get it sorted.
